Jada Fillion

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

A place to pause, reflect, and grow ✨

Therapy isn’t about fixing something that’s “wrong.” It’s a supportive space to better understand who you are, build tools for navigating life’s challenges, and care for your mental and emotional well-being.

Just as we seek support for our physical health, therapy is a proactive step toward clarity, balance, and growth. My aim is to work alongside you with compassion in a judgment-free space, where you’re supported in showing up exactly as you are.

My Philosophy

I believe that each client is unique and therefore their needs are addressed in a personalized manner. We will work collaboratively to develop a therapeutic approach that suits your treatment needs.

I believe that therapy at its core should focus on using a holistic approach. Put simply, I want to delve into who you are as a person, while also recognizing the different aspects of life that are interconnected. My role as a therapist is to walk with you, offering guidance and support, as you explore your challenges and work towards meaningful reflection and change. In our work together, we will develop personalized strategies which aim to improve your mental and emotional well-being.

Outside of work, you might find me curled up on the couch with a nice cup of tea, reading a book. I also really enjoy taking walks with my partner and our 2 year-old french bulldog named Koda.
